To typeset in windows with texworks and miktex:
  - Pick XeLaTeX+MakeIndex+BibTeX
  - Typeset ~5 times until ut settles down..
  - If it doesn't work, try with only XeLaTeX a couple of times first.
  - After this, run biber manually from GIT-bash: `biber main`
  - Then run the typesetter from texworks a bunch of times again.
