To typeset in windows with texworks and miktex:

• Pick XeLaTeX+MakeIndex+BibTeX
• Typeset ~5 times until ut settles down..
• If it doesn't work, try with only XeLaTeX a couple of times first.
• After this, run biber manually from GIT-bash: biber main
• Then run the typesetter from texworks a bunch of times again.
