+To typeset in windows with texworks and miktex:
+  - Pick XeLaTeX+MakeIndex+BibTeX
+  - Typeset ~5 times until ut settles down..
+  - If it doesn't work, try with only XeLaTeX a couple of times first.
+  - After this, run biber manually from GIT-bash: `biber main`
+  - Then run the typesetter from texworks a bunch of times again.
